Return & Exchange Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days, unless otherwise specified in the product description. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Returns for Non-Defective Items

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Returns of non-defective items may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%, which will be deducted from your refund. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used items

  • Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers)

  • Intimate or sanitary products

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases

  • Newspapers, magazines, or other media

  • Used sanitization products

  • Certain health and personal care items

To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Returns for Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged product, we will replace it at no additional cost. Items must still be unused and in original packaging. Please contact us at info@germaphobix.com within 30 days of delivery and include your order number and a photo of the defective item.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges only for defective or damaged items. To initiate an exchange, email us at info@germaphobix.com with your order number and photo(s) of the item. Exchanges are only accepted for unused and unopened products.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment.

Partial Refunds (if applicable)

Partial refunds may be granted for:

  • Any item not in its original condition, used, or damaged for reasons not due to our error

  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. Contact your bank—processing times vary.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are not eligible for refund.


Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver, we’ll send the refund to the original purchaser.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted.

If you’re returning an item worth over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we can’t guarantee we’ll receive your returned item.
