Capable of removing up to 250 pints of moisture per day at 95°F and 90% relative humidity, and 110 pints per day at AHAM conditions (80°F, 60% RH), this system efficiently regulates humidity across areas up to 8,000 square feet, helping prevent condensation buildup, mold growth, structural deterioration, and inventory damage.

Designed for flexibility across multiple environments—including basements, apartments, storage rooms, offices, factories, restaurants, bars, museums, and flood restoration job sites—the unit supports both everyday humidity control and emergency drying applications.

The integrated built-in condensate pump with a lifting distance of 16.5 feet allows elevated drainage installation where gravity drainage is not available. The unit also supports standard gravity drainage, providing installation flexibility depending on site conditions.

Its intelligent control system enables automatic humidity regulation, auto restart after power interruptions, and continuous operation capability, ensuring stable long-term performance with minimal supervision.
