Commercial and crawlspace dehumidifiers for water mitigation, structural drying, and facilities. Compare published pint ratings, AHAM conditions, airflow, amp draw, and pump details. A pint rating is a test result, not a universal jobsite output.
Choose by published conditions
Jobsite LGR units suit water-loss dry-down. Crawlspace units suit long-term moisture control where a pump and lift height matter. Check each PDP for the rating conditions and published specifications.
FAQs
What does 180 pint mean?
It is the amount of water a unit is rated to remove under the test conditions stated by the manufacturer. It does not mean every jobsite will produce 180 pints per day. Read the AHAM vs saturation and pump guide before comparing ratings.
When do I need a condensate pump?
Use a pump when gravity drainage is not available or the drain is above the unit. Confirm the published pump lift, hose connection, and pints at the stated conditions on the PDP.
Jobsite LGR or crawlspace unit?
Choose an LGR for fast water-loss drying and a crawlspace model for steady moisture control. Compare airflow, amp draw, operating range, pump lift, and rated pints at condition. See the crawlspace pump-specs guide.
